University Men's GYM Hour
The ratings are in (10/10) “The best thing since peeled oranges” – The Author (10/10) – “You are so smart and funny” The Authors mom (10/10) – “Would read again” The publisher (0/10) – “This is offensive you jerk” That one girl I asked for feedback (Warning, this is satire, a joke meant to poke fun at all groups involved) Does this university do enough to give equal representation to all its students in the gym? With the new year underway, students have flocked to the school gym to shed pounds and tone themselves to look like the statue of David (some students already succeeding, just not in muscles). Female students were able to take advantage of the recent “Women's Hour”. A period for women of the university to work out in the solidarity of sisterhood free from the leering male gaze. In defense of the male gaze, every time I have been to the gym, I am greeted by a sea of yoga pants, the most sacred article of clothing made and a favorite of mine. The skin-tight clot...
